Recently I had an encounter with an extremely MEAN person. It wasn't pleasant at all and the wheels are in motion now to have it explained to him how rude, insensitive and just plain MEAN he was! I found this article and thought that I would share...

I agree 100% - mean people suck!
Good for you for taking a positive step & helping the offender realize how rude, insensitive, & mean he is & how his actions hurt others. You could have been just as mean as him by retorting but that would have made you stoop to his level.
Hopefully this guy learns his lesson - and doesn't he know not to make a NATURAL redhead upest?!?
